Performance bonus up to $30/day

$10 for every damage-free job plus $5 for every on-time job.

$150 referral bonus

Mover / Moving Helper

$20/hr to start, plus tips

Load, protect and carry people’s things with care. No moving experience needed. We’ll train you.

What you’ll do

  • Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods safely
  • Pad and wrap furniture, and protect floors, walls, and door frames
  • Take apart and put back together beds, tables, and other furniture
  • Carry items up and down stairs and through tight spaces
  • Help with packing, storage, and junk-removal jobs as needed
  • Be friendly and professional with every customer

What you need

  • Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly, climb stairs, and work long shifts outdoors in all weather, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Reliable transportation (no driver’s license required for this role)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • No moving experience needed. We’ll train you.

Crew Lead

$25/hr to start, plus tips

Up to $30/hr through our raise ladder

Run moves on site and make sure every job is careful, on time, and upfront with no surprises.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a moving crew on each job from start to finish
  • Walk through the home with the customer, confirm details and inventory, and plan the load
  • Assign tasks, keep the crew safe, and keep the job on schedule
  • Make sure belongings, floors, walls, and door frames are protected
  • Handle job paperwork and customer sign-off
  • Keep the office updated on timing, changes, and problems
  • Train and coach newer movers, and work hands-on as part of the crew

What you need

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Moving experience; leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly, climb stairs, and work long shifts outdoors in all weather, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Reliable, organized, and able to make good calls on the job
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
