These terms apply to your use of gigamoving.com and to services you book with Giga Moving LLC. The specific details of your job, including pricing, are confirmed in your estimate or booking confirmation.

Estimates

Estimates are based on the information you give us. If the job turns out different from what was described (for example, more items, extra stops or access issues), the price may change. We'll talk with you before continuing if that happens.

Scheduling

Arrival times are windows, not exact times. Same-day and last-minute services are subject to availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible.

Payment

We accept all major cards, including debit, plus cash, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle. Payment is due as stated in your estimate or booking confirmation.

Items we can't move or haul

We don't transport or haul hazardous materials such as fuel, paint, chemicals, propane or asbestos. Please keep cash, jewelry, important documents and medications with you.
