What is a contents pack-out?
When a home has water, fire or smoke damage, the belongings in affected rooms are packed, documented and moved out so repairs can happen. When the work is done, everything is brought back. That return trip is called a pack-back.
Do you work with my insurance company or restoration company?
Yes. We can coordinate with your restoration company and share our photo inventory with your adjuster. Coverage decisions are up to your insurance company, so check your policy with your adjuster.
How much does a pack-out cost?
It depends on how many rooms are affected and how long items need storage. We'll explain pricing in your estimate before any work starts.
How fast can you start?
Call or text (615) 258-6469 and we'll tell you the soonest time we can get a crew there. For urgent jobs, calling is faster than the form.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let the crew in and point out what goes. After that, we can work while you focus on everything else.
What does the inventory include?
Photos of rooms and packed boxes, organized by room and shared digitally with you and the adjuster.
Where are contents stored?
In secure, climate-controlled storage in the Nashville area until the home is ready.
